My own path is a story of weaving together worlds—the spiritual and the material, contemplation and action, the inner and the outer. For many years, I lived in the world of hard numbers, strategic decisions, and business leadership—as a CFO, CEO, entrepreneur, and investor.
And while my journey continues to include entrepreneurship, investments, and decisions, everything today is immersed in one intention: That every project, every relationship, and every decision be in alignment with inner truth. Because business does not need to be separate from spirit—it can become its expression.
And yet—parallel to this, or perhaps even more deeply—another journey has been unfolding. A journey inward. A journey home. A journey to the Self.
Human Design and Gene Keys were never just tools to me. They are a synthesis of all the wisdom traditions that have always fascinated me: From the timeless teachings of Hermeticism, to the I Ching, astrology, numerology, Jungian psychology, Grof’s transpersonal psychology, and even quantum physics and holistic medicine.
These aren’t simply systems of knowledge—they are living systems of transformation, a map of the soul, and a technological alchemy of consciousness. They are the bridge between the sacred and the practical. And that is why they resonate so deeply with my own journey—both personal and professional.
Today, I share this path with others—offering workshops, one-on-one sessions, and creating spaces like Kodygenowe.pl and Soulguiding.org, which support others in discovering themselves and their unique gifts.
My spiritual and psychological foundations have been shaped by years of deep inner work—through studies in Gestalt psychotherapy, numerous courses and transformational workshops, time spent in Indian ashrams, and devoted practice of yoga, meditation, and contemplation.
As a Mental Projector in Human Design with the Channel of Abstraction (47–64), my natural role is to discover meaning and convey it to others in a way that speaks not only to the mind—but to the heart.
I believe that knowledge alone is not enough—true transformation begins when information touches awareness and slowly reshapes us from within.
In my mentoring and workshops, I blend spiritual presence with mental clarity. I don’t offer ready-made answers—but a space and guidance through which you can hear your own. To me, true leadership is service—a quiet, subtle presence that helps others find their own light.
My personal motto? “Don’t seek the Holy Grail to receive something from it. Ask the Holy Grail how you may serve it— …serve Life, and others, in this extraordinary journey called living.”
