My Bio – Mentor, Coach, Entrepreneur, and Investor

I am a co-founder and partner at Invento Capital, a fund investing in innovative startups in the field of new technologies. With extensive business experience, I have held key positions as CFO and CEO in numerous companies. I combine the worlds of business, investments, and entrepreneurship with a deep passion for personal development.

For years, I have been exploring Human Design and Gene Keys, leading workshops, individual sessions, and running Kodygenowe.pl—a platform dedicated to helping others discover themselves and their unique talents. As an official Gene Keys Guide, I integrate knowledge of psychology, Eastern philosophy, and spirituality with the pragmatism of business life.

My personal growth journey includes Gestalt psychotherapy studies, numerous development courses and workshops, as well as time spent in ashrams in India. I am a certified Kundalini and Hatha yoga instructor, deeply fascinated by the work of Carl Gustav Jung and Stanislav Grof.

As a Mental Projector in Human Design with an active Channel of Abstraction (47-64), my mission is to explore profound meanings and share this wisdom with others. I believe that both business and personal life can be guided by authenticity and inner truth. Human Design and Gene Keys have become transformational tools for me, helping me find answers to life’s most important questions—about purpose, relationships, and personal growth.

During workshops and mentoring sessions, I strive to combine expert knowledge with spiritual insights, inspiring participants to self-discovery and unlocking their potential. As a mentor, I support others in finding their life purpose, emphasizing that true leadership lies in serving others in their growth.
